japanese week

mandy was in at the end of the week to get her panda started. again, 2hrs of hip/ribs fun.

michaela was also in with a custom kanji refrence that we elaborated on. (im pretty sure she was alseep from the moment i started tattooing her) 2.5hrs start to finnish. i think this might be the start of a backpiece for her....

Jennifer was kind enough to come down from Fort St. John to get her tattoo finnished. we did the outline and colored the bottom lotus my last trip north, this time around we colored the top lotus and Lil pad along with the water. 2 hrs of fun ;)

first days of my new schedual

for the first year at my studio i tried to keep my appointments to one a day. i enjoyed the relaxed feel of casually getting to the studio tattooing for a few hours then riding my bike around till the sun went down.

i have now decided i waste too much time in my days and now take on two, 3 hour appointments. this was my first day.

first travis sat like a rock for 2.5 hours . most of the shading was completed. next session we'll add the rest of the sleeve line work as he has decided to go full instead of 3/4.

tyler likes to get tattooed for about 2.5 hrs, so we got all the background of his sleeve done.

i think we had a good day at the studio.
